I was impressed by Sam's willingness to assist me in selling my property. It was not a high dollar home and I needed a lot of guidance in doing some much needed repairs ( I live in another state and could not be there to oversee the work) Sam stuck with me thru the whole process. She helped line up bids with contractors to do painting, flooring, and cleaning. She would send me photos and updates on the work. Sam is honest, fair, and has a positive "can do" attitude. When we first thought about moving.. it was nothing more than a thought. We didn't hate where we were, but we didn't love it. We reached out to Sam for her thoughts on our situation and she was extremely attentive from then on!
A big purchase such as a new home is ALWAYS stressful so my family was a ball of nerves! But then we were also mixing in selling our home at the same time. But, Sam was always available for us to text/call with questions or for an update.
During the process, we had our offer fall through once and a buyer fall through once. She kept us in the loop the entire time. In the end, we landed in the perfect home for us. We closed on the sale of our house and the purchase of our new house within an hour of each other at the same title office. Talk about convenient!
